Belt transfer dust suppression application
The belt chute is an important link in material transportation, and materials are transported to various links through belts. The material undergoes a change in direction of movement from the head of the belt, and when it falls into the chute at the head of the belt, a large amount of dust overflows due to the airflow changes caused by mutual impact and air compression. When the material is dropped from the tail chute of the belt, the situation of dust overflow is more serious, so the belt chute has become a major disaster area for dust pollution during belt transportation.
San'an micron spray dust suppression system is composed of CSAN system micron spray dust suppression host, G-type spray components, high-pressure connecting pipeline, heat tracing and insulation system, ultrafiltration water purification system and remote DCS control system.

As shown in the figure:
A total of 6 sets of G-type spray components are installed above, at the bottom and at the side of the belt head cover. Sealing covers are installed in front of and behind the tail guide chute, and 8-12 sets of G-type spray components are installed in the sealing cover (the number of spray components is designed according to the blanking height).
